Romans 8:38-39 For I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus, our Lord.

Hope - The Great Failure of the Church

Wednesday, December 17, 2008 (04:37:35)
1 Corinthians 13:13
But now abideth faith, hope, love, these three; and the greatest of these is love.

Millions of sermons each year focus on faith and love.  We are taught that without faith it is impossible to please G-d.  We are encouraged to show compassion on our fellow man, but the Church has failed because there is little or no focus on one of the most critical components in our lives, hope.

Barak Obama's Testimony

Thursday, April 16, 2009 (21:40:00)
(CNSNews.com) - Georgetown University says it covered over the monogram “IHS”--symbolizing the name of Jesus Christ—because it was inscribed on a pediment on the stage where President Obama spoke at the university on Tuesday and the White House had asked Georgetown to cover up all signs and symbols there.

Matthew 10:35
“But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.”

Unusually Silent?

Tuesday, April 07, 2009 (15:57:53)
Worldwide news is a'buzz with headlines of natural disasters, economic disintegration, political betrayal, the one world currency, and the list of horrors goes on and on.  Amidst the complex turmoil, why does it appear that I have been unusually silent?  Why am I not posting spiritual warnings?  Why am I not shouting from the housetops?  It is all so very simple, really.

You should already realize what is happening and and how it applies to the Scriptures.  Tiy should already know what you should be doing and you should be doing it.

So, pardon me if I do not join the tens of thousands of pastors and bloggers who have chosen to leverage this economic and political climate.

If the people haven't been listening thus far, they never will.

You know what to do.

Living Under A Curse? - Consider The Source

Wednesday, February 18, 2009 (20:41:42)

There are some people down the street who believe and proclaim that my wife and I are living under a curse.  They believe our lives and property are cursed because of my wife's refusal to submit to my authority.  They believe that her illness is related to this curse and so is our financial situation and other trials.

To determine if this proclamation is true or false, let's examine the source.

The Shadow Of Things

Wednesday, February 18, 2009 (20:25:17)
I don't know whether any of this is true or not. Everything happened that I have said happened, but it's memory now, the shadow of things.
