This is a the remains of a well that we found back in the woods behind our house. Judging by its condition, it was abandoned and forgotten many years ago. It is filled with dirt and needs to be redug and made useful again. I sometimes go here to just sit and meditate. Sometimes I wonder about the people who used this well and what they were like. I wonder what happened in their lives.
