Monte Kim Miller - False Prophet

Wednesday, July 24, 2002 (00:00:00)
Matthew 24:11-13
11

False prophets abound on the Internet. They hide behind the anonymity of email and websites. Be careful. Your email box is not safe from those who seek to forcefeed you their own granola of distorted spirituality.

Here is a quote from a modern day hit-and-run false prophet who sent email to us...

"For those of you who do want to serve the Lord, don't be deceived by the amateurish and pathetic fabrication of a continually repeated story that I predicted an earthquake would strike Denver, Colorado, in the United States, in October of 1998. Individuals opposed to me, and the media in opposition to me, contributed to, participated in and delighted in the wickedness of manufacturing and / or perpetually repeating the earthquake lie for the purpose of publicly striking at the very issue of whether or not I am a prophet of the Lord. I am not only a prophet of the Lord; I am the prophet of the Lord, the direct spokesman for the Lord. The Lord speaks to me mouth to mouth, as he did with Moses." Some time ago, kimmiller@kimmillerconcernedchristians.net sent us SPAM, explaining that the Olympics was the seventh angel blowing his trumpet. He delights in stating that He is special. Unfortunately for him, what he says has no scriptural support. "Again, I am the prophet of the last days, and on February 15, 2002, the 777th day of God's 7th millennium with fallen man, I am the 'heaven on earth' manifestation of The Sounding of the Seventh Angel, warning you of the Lord's intentions that the kingdoms of this world are to become the kingdoms of the Lord Jesus Christ." The scriptures do not stateGod will send a "heaven on earth manifestation of the sounding of the seventh angel". http://newsletters.cephasministry.com/kimmiller6.99.html Monte Kim Miller. has a file with America's Most Wanted television show. They reference his record with the Denver Police.
http://www.amw.com/site/archives/19990130/mmiller.html The Associated Press wrote about Monte Kim Miller.
http://www.rickross.com/reference/cc16.html Miller, who claimed he was divinely inspired, said he would die on the streets of Jerusalem at the turn of the millennium and be raised from the dead three days later. Israeli authorities expelled members of the group because of fears that they were planning a mass suicide to coincide with the new year. Miller claims to be a prophet. Miller did not die on the streets of Jerusalem. That fact, in itself, shows that he is a false prophet. He has condemned himself with his own words. Scrub what you read and hear with scriptures. It may sound heavenly, while dragging your soul into hell. Be careful of anyone who claims to be a prophet.
